Comprehensive cross-licensing agreement with Philips
We are pleased to announce that the Zumtobel Group and PHILIPS have signed an extensive and pioneering cross-licence agreement.
The agreement relates to mutual compensatory payments and a total of several thousand of individual patents in lighting electronics and LED lighting technology. The main areas are drive electronics for light sources and control and driver technologies for all luminaire types, particularly spectral control and colour conversion of LEDs.
